Employee training are very vital and crucial for the employee development and empowerment. It helps employee gain required skills, competencies and an edge to perform their job beyond satisfaction. iFour Technolab gives required importance and emphasis on training and employee empowerment programs. iFour Technolab also conducted an internship program for engineering students this year. Company gave full time training to students from various engineering colleges via training cum placement program.
