We are seeking a skilled and proactive Support Engineer to manage Microsoft 365 environments and lead email migration projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with M365 administration, troubleshooting and secure migration strategies from platforms like G Suite or Exchange to Microsoft 365.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or M365 administration.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with email migration tools and processes (e.g., Azure Migrate, third-party migration tools)
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for M365 authentication and session issues.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA: Office 365, MS-100, MS-101) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with secure credential handling during migrations
• Knowledge of Azure Site Recovery and virtual machine migration is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate current products to identify bugs, errors, and performance gaps.
• Suggest and implement effective solutions to improve product quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth and consistent project execution.
• Define, plan, and execute overall Quality Assurance strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and report product quality metrics (KPIs).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in software testing (manual and/or automation).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with programming concepts and computer technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in target markets and perform research to understand their business needs.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking platforms, and cold calling.
• Client Outreach - Initiate outreach activities via LinkedIn, cold calls, and email campaigns to engage potential clients.
• Craft personalized messages to create interest in iFour Technolab’s services.
• Work closely with senior team members to develop customized strategies for client acquisition.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
